Deep Tissue usually focuses on more specific areas and more tools (such as forearms and elbows)  May cause some soreness during or right after the massage. It is both corrective and therapeutic.

Pregnancy Massage recommended for those in their 2nd/3rd Trimester. Gentle, caring touch delivered , relief to lower back pain, leg soreness, and water retention.

4 Hand Massage if you are trying to choose between a classic massage and a four hand massage, the four hand massage may be the best choice because the benefits are very similar, but the relaxation and pain relief may arrive more quickly because twice the work is being done to the body.
